@EmiliaB71 What is worth noting though is that gender dysphoria/incongruence cover is usually a bolt on the company specifically has to request and pay additional cost for, so it may be a good indicator a company is willing to put its money where its mouth is in terms of D&I. (2/2)

@EmiliaB71 Yeah, there are other concerns when it comes to company inclusivity and culture. Inclusion on the list isn't a full on endorsement saying "this company is a great place to work", it's purely "to the best of our knowledge they offer this benefit". (1/2)

@TransEmployers @KatyMontgomerie I can see an employer on here as an anonymous tip that might that I know categorically does not offer cover - is there anywhere to confirm this?
