2/2: Highest number of persons reporting a visa issued hail from Nigeria, Kenya & Zimbabwe. IAS is supporting delegates & flagging problems with German authorities. The overwhelming majority have obtained visas. We call on authorities to expedite the process for those pending.

1/2: An update on the visa situation ahead of #AIDS2024. According to feedback from nearly 700 AIDS 2024 delegates, mostly scholarship recipients: 🔹 77% obtained their visas 🔹 14% still pending 🔹 9% have been denied 🧵
