3. This name dsn't contradict with any gov. institutions or prohibited by gov. & Don't breach any law. 4.Rastryay Swayamsevak sangh is NOT any gov. institutions. 5. For matching instances, Plz refer other national political parties matching name allowed by the ECI

For ur reference- 1. "Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh" name is completely diff. with "Swayam Sevak Dal" except the common name Swayamsevak. 2. Swayamsevak is a widely used Hindi terms means volunteers & is not restricted to use for general welfare purposes by any government directive.
