@TransportForWM hi team, I got in touch a few weeks ago about an ongoing complaint but I still haven’t heard anything. I was promised a refund at the start of June that still hasn’t arrived and I haven’t received a response regarding the additional overcharge.

@Jxck_b18 They will be accepted on Chaselink buses that operate in the West Midlands County area but not places outside of this area, including Staffordshire. This may need to be made clearer on their advertising.

@TransportForWM If this is the case then why do the chaselink busses advertise the nbus pass as if they can accept it when evidently they cannot?

@Jxck_b18 We do not offer an 'Out of Zone' card; just the standard N Bus which has to be used within the West Midlands boundary. This pass may not be the correct one for you. You can use all the different bus operators but you have to travel within the boundary: ticketsearch.tfwm.org.uk/#/ticket/57

@TransportForWM The pass has arrived however doesn't work on chaselink busses. Your website says they should as well as the bus itself advertising it does yet when I scan my outer zone card it does not work, the specific route is 60 from chase town high street to attwood road, please explain

@Jxck_b18 My Ticketing Services colleague has had a look at the website for Chaselink buses and the 60 service covers Cannock to Lichfield and comes under Staffordshire, so is 'Out of Area' for the N Bus ticket on Direct Debit. Chaserider also operate in Wolverhampton, which is 'In Area.'
