@TransylvGnome Gluten ones or all grains? Rice, corn and many others have no gluten. As an Asian, my meal is not complete without rice, sometimes wheat but I prefer rice.

I will have done more for women at the end of my career then the entire feminist movement combined with my advice on Looksmaxing. Having a positive self image is the most important thing for mental health.

@TransylvGnome Because it packs nutrients and easier to digest. Cats like tigers have smallest digestive tract while cows have the longest. Meat are digested quickly compared to veggies. Do you drink milk? I inherited lactose tolerant gene from Yamnaya.

Girls from the US are a lot more attractive than EU simply because the gene pool was devastated during WW2. All the good genes died in war, while the physically unfit stayed back and reproduced.
