@HiddenYorkshire For focus, a good lion’s mane supplement or tincture has helped me some. For the intrusive thoughts, especially at night, magnesium glycinate (helps with physical restlessness, too). For really bad nights, I add in low-dose melatonin (never more than 2 mg).
