I have a ticket from 2019 that still need refunding, I have been messaging for the past 2 years and always seems to be a problem. I am wanting to use my voucher in december and still waiting on a responce!

@TravelstartUAE i have booking with you AE07747392 , It was cancelled from Oman air and we are waiting for our refund since more than one year , your replay always is it is pending with them , while they already refund there costumers , we need to solve our problem , we work hard for our money

@BaderMkhaimer Thanks for reaching out and sorry your refund has taken long to finalise. The airline sits with the funds of the ticket and will need to process any refund due from their side. Once the supplier has processed the refund our team will be in touch via email.

Dear oman air @omanair More than one and half year of booking and one year of cancellation and you didnt refund the customers who buy the tickets through third party company @TravelstartUAE is this a good customer service?as a company representing the sultanate of Oman ?
