@TravisCentralAD TCAD must allow a grace period for late property tax remittances because the USPS didn’t fulfill its duty to postmark the mail on the day it was delivered to a post office! IT IS OUTRAGEOUS CHARGING A PENALTY WHEN THE TAXPAYER FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN ON THE INVOICE!
