Not sure how to put into words, but after more than 14 wonderful years together, I had to say goodbye this week to my beloved dog, Luna. She was a rescue, my first and only dog, and she was so kind and sweet. I am devastated, but I am grateful to have shared life with her.

Also: if anyone’s hiring faculty, I’d love to chat anytime (…and you will probably get my job app soon anyway, if you haven’t already). Perhaps I’d be a good fit!

Unfortunately, I have to keep my #sfn2024 trip a little short this year (my senior dog needs extra care). Sorry to miss this lateral septum session, but everyone should go (and all their posters)! 🔥🔥🔥
