We want to take a moment and look back on all that was accomplished this past year. Thank you to everyone who helped contribute to our programs! None of this would be possible without you. Now it’s time to recharge and start planning for another great academic year! @CMUAthletics

Yesterday, @HeydieOrr and I had an amazing opportunity to share with the Central Michigan University Student-Athletes. The title of our presentation was Redefining Strength: An Athletes Journey to Mental Wellness. For the first time ever, I publicly shared intimate details about some of my darkest moments as an athlete. While Heydie provided a powerful educational experience, by helping us to view these moments through a psychological lens in order breakdown what was actually happening in my mind. We were so blessed by this experience and hope we get to share it more. Big thanks to @TravisDowning96 , @TangeDC and @CMUAthletics for making the person in the jersey a priority, and for the opportunity to share.
