Kyle Busch won everything there was to win in NASCAR, and he won it at least twice. But the one thing that he just couldn’t win no matter how hard he tried was the Daytona 500. And it hurts knowing that he will never win the Daytona 500.

Don't make fun of Kyle Busch fans my muchachos. Even MAGAs experience grief, and not all NASCAR fans are MAGAs believe it or not.

Kyle and I had a really challenging existence for many years. But we luckily took the time to figure out our differences and that was something he instigated with a conversation in his bus around how we each managed our racing teams. I was super eager for us to get on better terms. But it was he who made the effort for that to be possible. We did some media together also to laugh through some of the things we put each other through many years ago. Most recently we had even been discussing him running my Late Model at Wilkesboro this summer. He seemed extremely happy and we had planned to meet up next Thursday to get his seat to the shop. He laughed over the idea of his fans and JRM fans having to cheer in unison during that race. Kyle was one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history. No one can deny that. But he was also a father, a husband, brother, son, and a friend to many. My heart is broken for the Busch family. I will never be able to make sense of this loss but I am thankful that we had found a way to become friends.

Question-if you’re RCR If Love does get cup opportunity and the Reilly 2 opens, do you go with RCR developmental prospect Carson Brown who is RAW but has ABILITY or do you chance another more experienced driver who brings cash (Alfredo/JBurton/Reztlaff/etc) for 27? 🤔

@23xi45 This race revived the 600. A lot of the 600s in the 2010s were very forgettable and hard to pass. This race gave it new life, and has become one of the most anticipated races on the schedule every year.

When I recommend a race to a new fan, this is the one I always pick. This is probably my favorite race ever because it had everything. Great racing. Comers and goers. Big wrecks. A car flipping. A great late race battle. A chaotic finish. And of course Denny won it.

That race was solid, definitely DID NOT need to be the All Star Race. Keep Dover as a regular season race, bring the All Star Race back to Charlotte under the lights.
