My 4x100 team won our rated heat AND set a new school record. I took 1st in my seeded 400m heat with a 48.08 PR, breaking my own school record and setting a new meet record! Grateful for my coaches and teammates.

Had a great day at Arcadia! Winning the Boys 800m SMR seeded, time of 1:32 #9 in Cali!! Shout out my teammates and coaches!

Ballhawk at safety with 10.9 100m speed. Travis made plays all year and ran the alley with bad intentions.
