Pampa rant. Okay, That is new. you can purchase $TGBP but you cannot use it do anything anymore. @cryptocom What am I supposed to do with my $TGBP if you let me purchase without any warning, but i cannot use it to exchange to anything, including top up my card(which i used to do). I understand there was a "communication" (Searched the email couldn't find it tho)somewhere that business decision was made and changes applied, but just the last month i had 221 emails from crypto.com related services, and even as an active member it is very easy to miss a communication email. Now the best advice your agent gave me is "withdraw it to somewhere", which is in my opinion is ridiculous and not the first time i got this "solution" to a problem. Either do not let people purchase it (since you cannot use it for any purpose on the platform) or at least place a warning pop up that $TGBP is not supported and you can only withdraw to another service who can deal with it! Not the end of World , but you need to do better than this. Now i need to find a place to withdraw ,preferably on cronos,exchange it to usdc, and put it back to app and top up my card, so wife can carry on buying nappies! 🤣
