Three names one question: are we witnessing not just radicalisation among Muslim women, but a gendered counter current?
For decades, the story of “white-collar radicalisation” has been overwhelmingly male. But the emergence of Nida Khan (TCS HR executive) and Dr Shaheen Shahid (Red Fort Al-falah medical college professor) hints at something deeper: ideological assertion. A kind of resistance to transition? As women within Muslim society negotiate modernity, rights and reform, is there a parallel pull in the opposite direction? Have some educated women become active defenders of orthodoxy? Remember the pro-Hijab lobbyists among Muslim women in the aftermath of the Karnataka HC upholding the ban on the wearing of the vestment in classrooms? In Kashmir, the rise of Asiya Andrabi is another classic example. History shows that moments of social churn often produce unlikely standard-bearers of resistance. Women, in such contexts, do not always align with reform. They can also become its most effective counter mobilizers.

Shocking details coming on TCS Nashik Case:
1. Police sources say Tata and TCS Senior Management did everything they could to prevent the case from being filed.
2. Once it went viral, the media was subtly informed that if they wanted Tata advertising revenue to continue, they should not mention TCS by name.
3. TCS in a statement said that it maintains a "zero-tolerance policy" and that the employees under probe have been suspended.
4. Victims reportedly claimed they approached the company's HR earlier, but no action was taken. TCS has remained silent on this allegation.
5. Police already arrested 6 in this case. All were managers and engineers. Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh.
6. HR Nida Khan is on the run and police is still searching for her.
My two-cent take: After Ratan Tata, Tata group has lost all its morality. I may be too quick to judge this, but their wordings and workings are totally opposite now.

His name was Srinivas Kuchibhotla. Born in Hyderabad. His parents called him Srinu. He came to America in 2006 for his master's. Graduated with a 3.85 GPA. Worked his way up from software engineer to aviation programs manager at Garmin in Kansas. His manager said one thing about him. Top of his class kind of guy. He built a home in Kansas with his wife. Painted the walls himself. Installed the garage door himself. A few weeks before he died, they had a doctor's appointment. They were trying to start a family. He would have turned 33 on March 9. On February 22 2017, he and his friend Alok stopped at a bar after work to watch a basketball game. An ordinary Wednesday evening. A man there had been watching them for weeks. Told others they looked like terrorists. That night, he walked up to their table. Poked Srinivas in the chest. Demanded to know their immigration status. Shouted get out of my country. Other patrons threw him out. He drove home. Got his gun. Changed his shirt so nobody would recognise him. Came back. He fired eight rounds. Srinivas died that night. As the killer fled, he told someone he had just killed two Iranians. Srinivas was Indian. From Hyderabad. Eleven years in America. Not one complaint against him. Not one rule broken. His mother had asked him many times to come back if he ever felt unsafe. He always told her he was safe. His body came home to Hyderabad in a coffin. His mother wailed as it was carried through the streets in a flower laden carriage. She said she would not allow her younger son to go back to America. His father said whatever was destined has happened. The killer got three life sentences. Srinivas got a funeral at 32. He did everything right. Degree. Visa. Job. Taxes. Never raised his voice at anyone. None of it was enough. His name was Srinivas Kuchibhotla. Every Indian in the US deserves to know it.

Bringing infrastructure, creating high-skill jobs, and expanding the national tax base should be more than enough contribution from any global entity.
The South African government claims this is about compliance, but in reality, it's a system of state sanctioned theft.
While other corporations have quietly paid for political patronage to bypass these rules, Musk is calling out the corruption. This 30% norm hasn't empowered the people, it has simply enriched a circle of political elites.
