If anyone cares, I have Duke in the championship game(losing). I try to never hate, but I really HATE Duke, only to be bested by my hatred for KY. I think Duke is way underrated. I really don’t like them, but really, really don’t like KY(mostly their coach….)

A beautiful in-progress operation during yesterdays’ snowmageddon. Partial harvest systems are used to regenerate more shade-tolerant species like white pine. It’s always neat to see all the volume on the ground, in addition to all those 🌲 left standing for next time.

I never wanted my kids to get older, but now son 1 is running a framing crew in Ottawa(love it). I get to text him at 6am to check the weather we have to work in. Yesterday they moved inside at 11am and I called him lame. I had cancelled my day altogether. Didn’t tell him that….
