This beer features Dolcita, a variety we were lucky enough to have access to before it even had a name. The breeding program at Yakima Chief Hops is a mind-blowing operation. We've had the pleasure of visiting their facility multiple times during our yearly travels, where we get to see countless little shoots of future hop stars. Dolcita was an instant standout; we knew its creamy, candy-like profile had a place in our library for years to come. You deserve a quiet moment of reflection.

State Pahk Lagah At least that's how it's pronounced around here. This super crisp lager is an everyday crusher, brewed with New York-grown Hallertau and Vista hops. We crafted State Park Lager as an homage to Upstate New York after expanding our footprint to Saratoga. The region is defined by its pristine waters, grand landscapes, and rich hop-growing history. Fill the bag, fill the fridge, fill the cooler - it's exactly what we reach for after a rewarding day on the trail.

For the love of fruit. We took a small portion of JJJuiceee Machine and conditioned it on a massive dose of pineapple! Because sometimes more fruit is exactly the answer.

"That's too much juice" I'll take things you'll never hear us say for 500, Alex. JJJuiceee Machine gets pummeled with our most tropical selection of hops, taking all their juicy notes and none of the bitterness. An icon dialed to 11.

It carries nectar-like notes of juicy peaches, sun-kissed oranges, and apricots, layered with assertive hoppiness from some of our favorite fruit-forward American hops. The can catches your eye, but the peaches keep you coming back.

Trail Nelson once again proves that a dry-hop isn't always an aggressive endeavor. Our zippy, clean German Pilsner is the perfect canvas for Nelson's singular profile. Hovering above a mountain of sticky foam are notes of sweet lychee, sauvignon blanc grape, and tart passionfruit. Proof that a dry hop can be vivid without being loud.
