failed projects usually share the same set of problems. 💀 and the world of WEB3 is unforgiving, so trial by fire is a quick way to lose money, reputation, and confidence. read through this because i have a special invite for you. as a founder and host, most of my shows are designed for me to learn something (and the audience learns along the way). today i introduced a new spaces format that brings founders under the friendly flame of experienced panelists on a public stage. shill your project and get grilled. ✍️here's how it works: pitch your project in front of experienced panelists and a large audience. the panel judges you on your pitch, product, and brand. its always constructive feedback. think of it like WEB3's Got Talent - meets Hell's Kitchen - meets Shark Tank. some judges have a no-BS attitude, some deliver compliment sandwiches. but you will absolutely by under the heat for 15 minutes. at the end, everyone walks away with a greater understanding of what can make a project great. some golden nuggets from today's shill & grill space✨ 📚tell a compelling story and thread it into the product. the why encompasses the what. 🤩build an engaged community first before expecting them to fund your project. don't rely solely on virality. 🔌consider integration with web2 and free-to-play models to expand your user base. relying solely on NFT holders is limiting. 🚫make sure your social media and online presence aligns with your project's branding and messaging. avoid outdated strategies like overusing hashtags. 🤝support other projects. a rising tide lifts all boats. 💸be very realistic about budgets, timelines and capabilities. overpromising leads to disappointment. 💥keep your pitch short and powerful to invite curiosity. practice it until it gets refined to its core tenants. an invitiation for panelists if you would like to be a project or a panelist (judge) on next weeks space, drop a comment below an invitation for founders think you can take the heat? comment below, or tag a founder you feel like would shine. thank you to today's panelists and hard working founders! see you next week on shill & grill 2🫡
