🍨🍍 Marshyellow is Green conditioned on mounds of fluffy marshmallow and pineapple purée. It's creamy and soft with a hoppy bite, somewhere between a juicy IPA and a summer sundae! #wehadtodoit

☕🥛 Single Shot is a Milk Stout conditioned on our own roasted coffee. Fresh beans leave the roaster and are ground and bagged mere minutes before rich, dark Stout floods over them in our brite cellar. It's an incredibly drinkable beer with rich notes of chocolate, creamy hot cocoa, and caramel macchiatos.

As the season breaks from the spell of cold weather, our newest Bock arrives. Indeed, our most robust entry to date. Feast or Famine is a Triple Bock that floods the senses with aromas of burnt caramel, rich port wine, and dark cherry syrup. Behind these notes come hints of molasses, chocolate-covered figs, and earthy spice. Despite its rich character, extended conditioning makes it a sublime and effortless sipper. We had to package a historical beast of a beer in 500ml bottles. This special release has been aging for months in our classics cellar, waiting for its proper release on International Bock Day. This style of dark, malty beer originated in northern Germany and has since inspired multiple distinct variations. The earliest versions were high in alcohol, rich in malt, and generously hopped to balance the intense sweetness. The elevated alcohol content, along with the preservative effect of hops, allowed these beers to be exported across Germany, where they quickly became a beloved part of spring celebrations. All of our releases carry a thematic thread, whether they feature a goat or another horned creature. This motif is a nod to the beer’s origin and an etymological coincidence: Einbeck, pronounced “Ain-bock,” evolved into “bock,” which also means “goat” in German. 🐐

Lavender Honey Oat Latte is as dreamy as it sounds. After blending our cold brew with our favorite oat milk, we fold in House-made lavender syrup, fresh vanilla bean, and floral honey. It’s creamy and caffeinated, with the mellow aroma of fresh lavender buds. It's a sublime drink.

We also have limited bags of this blend available in whole bean form. Subtly sweet with delicate floral notes, it pairs beautifully with your favorite creamer. The red fruit acidity really shines in a pour over, creating a bright and refreshing cup. Available today at your favorite Tree House location or to be shipped directly to you from our online store.

We’re doing our best to manifest a warm breeze and sunny weather with the release of our spring seasonal, Sunshower. This cold brew features a blend of Colombian honey-processed Red Bourbon and a naturally processed Costa Rican bean. The depth of flavor comes from how these varieties are prepared: the Colombian coffee has the skin removed while leaving the sugary pulp around the bean, while the Costa Rican coffee dries with the cherry intact, skin and all. Rich, fruity notes from the natural method are balanced by the sweetness and soft aromatics of the honey style. Crafted to welcome the arrival of spring flowers, its rich coffee roast is followed by an uplifting wave of honeysuckle aroma.

Eternally Curious. Curiosity 159 uses a distinctive New Zealand variety, Superdelic, which is rife with nostalgic, mouthwatering aromas. It’s a trip to the candy store, with notes of grape bubblegum, raspberry push pops, pineapple hard candies, and lime peel jumping from the glass. But like all things, a secondhand account pales in comparison to the real thing. We hope you snag a few cans and find out for yourself. As always, our longtime collaborator @keeverartist graced us with the artwork, reminding us of the warm days ahead. Signs of spring abound.

Motuere Magic is a rarity in our line of Southern Hemisphere Double IPAs. It features Riwaka, Nelson, and Rakau from this region, lots we hand-select as we travel from farm to farm. The landscape depicted on this can is something of a utopian dream. Cerulean waters give way to rolling hills and lush forests. Dotting this fertile landscape are towns that welcome weary travelers and hop farms tucked away in its valleys. There is a great deal of magic left in the world, something that becomes quite obvious every time we are lucky enough to traverse the Motuere region.

Restless is our Weizenbock, a hybrid of styles that uses a heavy wheat addition to a strong, rich Bock profile. Carrying a pleasant carbonation, notes of banana, clove, rustic farm bread, and melted caramel wash over the palate. Germany has long been the breadbasket of Europe, so it is no wonder that a rich, malty style such as Bock would be pushed even further with luscious wheat malts. We crafted this recipe with traditional German malts, modeled after some of our favorite imported Weizenbocks, many of which have been brewed longer than our country has been a country! We just had to package this beauty in traditional 500 ML format. Stay tuned - we're just warming up!

While still a rarity, we will always find a place for Single Shot Vanilla Bean in our ambitious brewing schedule. This beer is easygoing despite its decadence; notes of melted chocolate bars, caramel canelles, and vanilla lattes cascade over the palate with every sip. If you have not had one since the good old days, it is a must-try. Now that it is conditioned on our house-roasted coffee, it carries a depth of flavor we could have only dreamed of when we first crafted it.

Hey gang, this is your annual reminder that mid-March is the time the frozen cocktail machine gets pulled from the catacombs in Charlton and revived to make the sweet, fulfilling summer sippers you've been dreaming about all winter long. What are you waiting for?

Land of the Long White Cloud is a special entry in our New Zealand Double IPAs. It relies heavily on Peacharine hops, which continue to astound us with their potent stone fruit and tropical notes. When we first crafted this beer, it felt like a mirror version of a Tree House-style DIPA. The body, texture, and soft finish were familiar, but it carried a wholly unique fruit-forward character. The hops themselves can truly make all the difference. These lots of Peacharine were sampled in the field, freshly picked, and again during packaging. A unique and highly valuable attribute of Freestyle's workflow is that it forgoes baling in favor of instant pelletization. They are the only farm in the world we know of that pelletizes directly. This eliminates potential oxidation that can occur during the baling step at other facilities. That's not to say this oxidation is excessive or harmful elsewhere. It simply means that Freestyle, like Tree House, is committed to eliminating any variable that could harm its product, even if it means accepting costly inefficiencies. Hats off to these kindred spirits and masters of their craft.

Trail Garston Cascade is a beer unlike anything else we make. It's a concise expression of the brewery we've worked so hard to become. Beneath a wave of tropical citrus and pine lies a zippy Pilsner that snaps into a clean finish after its hoppy introduction. Cascade is an American legend, bred in the 1950s and eventually finding a welcome home in the fledgling craft beer movement of the 1980s. Its citrus and pine character played a significant role in shaping a distinctly American hop profile and acclimating palates worldwide to a new kind of hoppy beer. You can imagine our excitement when we stumbled across Garston Hop Farm in New Zealand and tried their Cascade so far from its home on the American West Coast. Its character was at once familiar, yet deeply influenced by their terroir and techniques. Meeting growers in person and trying their hops off the bine helps us understand the intention behind their decisions in the field each growing season. Connecting the dots between how a hop expresses itself in the field and how it translates into a finished beer is one of the most important things we do. It has been an honor to be the first brewery to utilize their incredible Cascade. It brings us back to that first meeting every time we pop a can open.
