If we can get 7/9 points over next 3 games and in with a shot of a play off place, that 700 will be far too small. Their away end from memory holds a fair few more?
Chester FC@ChesterFC

🎫 Ticket details have been confirmed ahead of our Easter Monday trip to @thesilkmen. We have been given an allocation of 700 tickets for the fixture, with a limited number of seats available. Tickets will be available to Season Ticket Holders between 10:00 tomorrow and 16:00 on Thursday 19th March - Purchases can only be made either in-person at the Deva Stadium, or over the phone to the Ticket Office. @Treeny93 Spot on Ste, can't believe some of the abuse he's had. A lot of 'fans' seem to forget how bad things were before Calum and think we have a right to be an EFL club. 10 months ago Cal gave some of the best memories I've had supporting Chester. Hope he goes on to have a great career

@christianjfarr1 Have an opinion yes but absolutely nobody has the right to abuse a man who’s given more to this club since reformation than arguably anyone else. A supporters owned club yet treated one of our greatest supporters disgracefully.

@Treeny93 Oh calm down mate, I think Cal overall did a good job and has given us some incredible memories but it's ultimately a results business and this season we have been poor from the off. The owners/fans have every right to criticise and ultimately that comes down to the manager!

@PaulMorris9662 @MissKelly83xx 14 years at Chester. Many of those voluntarily. Brought through countless of academy players to the first team, raised hundreds of thousands in transfer fees from said players. We wouldn’t have a club without the likes of Calum and Jim. What have you ever done for the club?

@MissKelly83xx It's not that. It's just that I feel Calum and Jim have done wrong for our club. It's time for both to go. What's your beef with me personally?

Chester Football Club can confirm that First Team Manager Calum McIntyre has left his position. It was previously announced that Calum would depart at the end of the season. However, all parties believe it is now in the best interests of the football club to part company with immediate effect. Appointed in May 2022, Calum took permanent charge of the Blues on more than 200 occasions, guiding the club to two play-off campaigns, including the National League North Promotion Final last year. McIntyre, who was named Manager of the Season in 2022/23, also twice led the Blues to the Emirates FA Cup First Round Proper in his time in charge. Tonight’s news brings an end to Calum’s 14-year association with the Club, having first joined as an Academy coach in 2012. Everyone at Chester Football Club would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Calum for his exceptional contribution, and we wish him all the very best for the future. The process of appointing a new First Team Manager is underway, and an update regarding interim arrangements will be provided in due course.

Time for all the social media warriors who have been calling for the board to go over the past few weeks to step up.
Chester FC@ChesterFC

🔵 @CityFansUnited - the owners of Chester Football Club - is inviting expressions of interest for two vacancies on the Board of Directors. We are seeking to co-opt two new directors to strengthen the Board and help progress the club, specifically to lead the Fundraising and Membership portfolios. These roles will focus on developing sustainable income streams, growing the CFU membership, and driving fan engagement, ensuring Chester FC remains a strong, representative supporter-owned football club. CFU Chair Nick Phillipson said: “As a fan-owned club, we need people who are willing to get involved, contribute their ideas and energy, and help drive the club forwards. “At the most recent AGM, there were four places available on the Board, with only one candidate. We are planning a session for members who want to find out more about the role of a director with a view to standing for election at the next AGM, but we also need to build our immediate capacity, so that we can continue to develop fundraising activity, strengthen our membership offer, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the club. “We would encourage anyone with an interest in these areas - whether they’re considering a Board role now or in the future - to get in touch and have a conversation with us.” If you have the relevant skills, experience, and commitment, and would like to play a part in shaping the future of the club, contact CFU Chair Nick Phillipson via nick.phillipson@chesterfc.com for an informal discussion. All Board positions are voluntary, and successful applicants will be co-opted onto the Board of Directors in line with the CFU constitution.
