Day Two at the Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo was about collaboration. The energy was focused and purposeful. Panel discussions shifted from broad market trends to actionable strategies. Meanwhile, B2B sessions are matched by Ugandan suppliers with tour operators from Europe, Asia, and the Americas— thus building commercial bridges. The third day of the Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo is now underway. #POATE2026 |#TravelWithTravad

Earlier today, Travad Tours uganda together with other tour operators under @ug_tour had an unforgettable fam trip to Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary🐒 Founded in 1988 as a rescue center for orphaned chimpanzees, this 100-hectare sanctuary is now home to 55 chimps (all one species). We saw their daily routines—11am fruits & veggies, 2:30pm food combos, 6pm dinner—and learned how females use implants to control births, with 10 accidental babies over the years. Every night they break fresh branches to build a new bed. The goal? Fewer rescues through community awareness and ecosystem restoration. #NgambaIsland #TravelWithTravad
