Absolutely needs to happen. We live in the 1950s when it comes to men’s health. Guys are withering away and become half the men they used to be because (often times) primary care doctors first want men to have absolutely zero vitality before they consider prescribing HRT. It’s actually in the guidelines for many health systems… let me paraphrase what it says: “Men must have zero masculine traits left and be beaten down to the ground, no confidence, and no desire before being considered for a therapeutic dose of testosterone replacement therapy.” When your eye sight fails, you can get glasses. When your ears lose their ability, you can get a hearing aid. But when you’ve lost your hormones that make you a man “screw that, because Jose Canseco was probably juicing.” People. It can be abused like anything else. Glad the federal government is finally getting its head out of the sand.
