@propfundsquad build sustainable rules from the beginning and you don't have to make changes.

🚨 BREAKING: CFD prop firms are quietly rolling out another wave of rule changes tighter limits, stricter conditions, less freedom. Traders aren’t happy… and this won’t end well. 👀 #PropFirmNews | #CFD | #tradingcommunity

@propfirmeye @fundingtraders IMHO maximum risk should be handled upfront and prevent the trader from doing that. EVERY platform allows you to set leverage, max click size and max position size. Additionally, I know it's an unpopular opinion, but consitency rules upfront also help with this.

Nowadays, every PropFirm is doing the same thing. Whenever they see a trader consistently taking payouts, they start giving excuses. This trader took 2 payouts from this PropFirm (@fundingtraders ) after 3+ years of failure. His first payout was $12,000 but he only received $8,000 after months of discussion. The next payout was cut to 50%, with the excuse of 'Excessive Risk', even though the firm allows 2-3% risk. Now they're terminated his 2 funded account with $13,000 profit, claiming he did 'Grid Trading' – a completely fake excuse. No PropFirm wants profitable traders – they just want profitable excuses to deny payouts. Avoid firms like this and only go with Top Reputable PropFirm's.
⚒️@zachfamoso

FUNDING TRADERS DOESN’T TRULY CARE ABOUT YOUR SUCCESS.. Didn’t think this day would come but it appears it has.. I have been with this firm for over 9 months now and have received two payouts in the process(3+ years of failure/experience in order to do so). However, ever since partnering with this firm, they have made it a constant struggle to receive my payouts in entirety. My first ever payout with them was well over $12,000 and only managed to receive ~$8,000 after months of discussion through email with their Risk Team. My next payout they only managed to wire me 50% of what was made in which they were unable to provide me with a specified reason as to why 50% was their decided consequence for the “excessive risk” being made when they previously allowed for 2-3%(which I followed). As a result of my performance and the deductions that were made, this firm has profited over $5,500 because of my own trading knowledge and capabilities. Today I was informed that my two funded accounts have been deactivated which have over $13,000 of funds combined that have been realized on their live account so that I am able to be paid. But because they have banned me from the platform, they now have full access to these funds and are denying me both of these payouts that took me over 2 months to generate. The reasoning for the first termination was due to “excessive risk” and risking more than 1% of my account when under contract, I am allowed to lose no more than 2% at any given time. Therefore, there was never an infraction of Terms of Service within that account. Their other excuse for this termination was due to “Grid Trading” which means taking more than 3 trades at a time exposing the account to potential risk of breach and losses(this is assumed because they do not specify these terms in their guidelines). I managed to only take 2 trades at a time within this account so that this rule wouldn’t be breached. Also as an experienced trader there is no need for more than one position as you can simply adjust the lot sizing to match your risk/reward. I have given them evidence and have proof of abiding by every rule under contract yet they have decided that terminating my accounts as well as banning me was the proper way to handle this issue. I have responded back to this termination via email and am waiting for them to handle it with more reason but have continuously warned them that if they continue to falsely accuse me, I would bring this matter public. So if these accounts do not get reactivated and they do not figure out a way to pay me the profits I earned, I will expose them entirely with screenshots from our email messages(I am unable to now due to the legalities of our contractual agreement). Will keep everyone updated here with their response. Spread the word so that traders are aware of how this firm truly treats their traders. Especially ones who are profitable. @PropFirmMedia @propfirmeye @FTCustomerCare @TENGGUI @1XRISK

@PropFirmMedia I would always strongly encourage anyone to speak with the firm first before going public. Not always, but, many times it often is simple misunderstanding with how the rules or markets work.

@Trent_Hoerr @Sai_Prasan @thePropTrade @Bullrushcomp Go back to the beginning of our conversation and do note that our conversation may one be presentef should it be found to be false. New prop firms like yours start with promises of something they never offer.

Important update about @thePropTrade Something happened recently that I need to share with you all. A VIP member used my code, followed every single rule - passed risk interview, was restricted to 1% per trade, did everything as per the rules. Got 7 payouts running 4 funded accounts. PropTrade closed all accounts suddenly. Reason? "Single trade types" and "rolling accounts." The issue is that this isn't defined properly anywhere in their FAQ. It's a discretionary call by their risk team. Here's the whole picture from both sides: Spent around 2.5k on challenges and got around 10k in payouts She was paid all 7 payouts on time Strategy she mentioned was discretionary Bollinger bands, ema 9 and 20 held trades for longer as Gold was trending PropTrade side: Risk team evaluates everyone the same They felt the user was gaming the prop model by failing lot of challenges, holding long trades which is not sustainable trading. They want genuine traders who are good All pending payouts were settled before closure I respect that firms can choose with whom they work. But someone trusted my recommendation and got hit. If you're currently trading with them, you'll probably be fine - 99% haven't had issues I personally got 38k till date and never had a problem. Just know this CAN happen to the 1%. My job as an influencer is challenging, and I also need to keep all of you informed. Not every firm I recommend will be perfect 100% of the time - Some can have a positive experience or a negative experience. I understand that now To the affected member - I'm sorry this happened you were paid in full. You have passed 4 accounts, got paid in full and on time, and I'm pretty sure you can do many more in other firms. I have also asked the firm to refund the challenge costs, which they have agreed to.

@Trent_Hoerr @Sai_Prasan @thePropTrade @Bullrushcomp Do you affirm that you A-book everyone after making the said 10%? Do you also affirm that you should be held liable for marketing fraud, if your book is audited & it is found that your prop firm did not A-book every trader after making the 10% profit target as you're advertising?

@aljustun @Sai_Prasan @thePropTrade @Bullrushcomp 1. We do not do instant funded accounts. So, we are not taking $500 and giving you $10,000. 2. You only become A-book once you hit 10% profits in your funded account. 3. We show you which LP fills the trades in dashboard in the funded side.

@Trent_Hoerr @Sai_Prasan @thePropTrade @Bullrushcomp Yes it is directed to you. It will never be reasonable and it will be a business suicide for a prop firm to take $500 and handover $10,000 to people that 95% of them fail. I hope one day that your book is audited and you be prosecuted if your claim turns out to be fraudulent

@aljustun @Sai_Prasan @thePropTrade @Bullrushcomp That isn't necessarily accurate. If a firm does not hedge orders or A-book traders they have undefined risk. Because traders can make unlimited amounts of money that the firm is sitting on the otherside of.

@Trent_Hoerr @Sai_Prasan @thePropTrade @Bullrushcomp There's a defined risk in other prop firms. The term use of proper risk management is well known to those that knows how to apply proper risk management. But it will never be clear to those that engaging in account hedging, gambling and other abusive practices
