Five weeks into the PV Sharks preseason strength training program, more than 100 players have committed to training alongside their teammates four days a week. This past week, the coaching staff recognized the DAWGs of the Month—athletes who have consistently demonstrated and fully embraced the DAWG Pillars of Success. This standard is designed not only to develop better football players, but also stronger teammates, responsible classmates, and leaders within the community. The following players were recognized: Adam Berquist, Sean Hassan, Trey Butts, Trent Player, and Alexander Winkles. These athletes set the standard through their discipline, commitment, and grit. Their daily actions—often in the unseen hours—reflect what it truly means to be a DAWG. Keep pushing, stay consistent, and continue to raise the bar for yourselves and your teammates. DAWGs help establish and set the team’s standards.
