@bt_uk I spent over 40 minutes on the phone and got nowhere, I'm free to switch to another provider, I can get a lot better deal, faster speeds and less than half the price your offering. It seems like you don't care about keeping customer you already have.

@bt_uk Your telephone customer service is terrible, cold transferred to the home move team for an enquiry about my broadband package. Your phone agents couldn't answer this question, How does a deal for £38.99 jump to £84 a month when logging into my account?
