@virginmedia please help I’ve had complete loss of internet/phone and TV since 9.55am. I have no way of calling you and the live chat is no longer available. I need assistance asap

@CTilburyMakeup need some advice on what shade to buy in the flawless filter but cannot get in contact with anyone on the live chat. I have been waiting for ages I don’t think it’s working. Please help

@Trev_vamp I'm sorry to hear that. Have you been able to try the service status line instead on 0800 561 0061 to check for an outage? I'm sorry but we cannot access customer accounts or arrange call backs via social media. ^AC

@virginmedia I’ve had complete loss of broadband since early hours this morning. My landline isn’t working so I can’t call and I keep trying the live chat but it says there is no availability to speak to someone. I need this sorting asap ! Can someone please contact me

@virginmedia Are you seriously expecting me to ask the community if they can fix my broadband and landline ? That is a joke, I need technical help from a virgin media member

@virginmedia I’m not expecting you to sort it via Twitter but if you could send a message to one of your colleagues and get them to call me that would be extremely helpful. If not I’m going to CISAS to complain for the second time as the service I’ve received is so poor, I am truly disgraced

@virginmedia No because last time I called that number I was charged over £100 and cut off after 2 hours of waiting in a queue and as you can appreciate I simply cannot afford that again
