Royals everyday players
Bobby Witt Jr.
Maikel Garcia
Vinnie Pasquantino
Salvador Perez
Carter Jensen
Jac Caglianone
Kyle Isbel should play very close to everyday.
Then you have 2 spots for
Isaac Collins
Michael Massey
Lane Thomas
Nick Loftin
Starling Marte
Elias Diaz
-Lane Thomas pinch ran for Carter Jensen in the 10th, then ran into an out at 3B
-They needed a catcher, so Elias Diaz came in for Jac Caglianone
-Missed out on multiple at bats from two of their 4 best hitters on the roster in extra innings
Take a bow, Matt Quatraro!
@DTlizzy We agree on the 3 hole that’s for sure lol. I also agree that the players have blame here too. But most of the lineup struggling top to bottom for a year plus, I just feel like that’s the job that’s gotta answer for it
@TrevorLininger@Royals The definition of insanity is batting a struggling hitter in the 3 hole. This might not mean shit, but his kids are some of the best Youth hitters in the city. What the guy teaches is fundamentally correct. At some point pros gotta be pros and own this shit
@DTlizzy@Royals Something in the approach he’s teaching or the game plan clearly isn’t working. Having the same problems as all of 25. His coaching has failed to help our guys improve. I’m not saying firing him is an instant fix, but what’s the definition of insanity
