Added $13,000-$15,000 to my roofer partner's gross revenue from the leads I sent him over the last 42 days without him having to pay first. If you're interested in pay-for-performance lead generation for your home services business? DM me.

Most home service websites convert at less than 1%. Our clients average a 4.6% conversion rate. This checklist covers everything I've learned after optimizing over 200 home service websites. This is the exact CRO process we run on every blue collar site (took one client from 12 calls a week to over 50). It contains our internal CRO checklist that: > Covers how to design a hero sections that prints leads > Shows you how to instantly gain a user’s trust with authority signals > Breaks down how we optimize for mobile users > Works for any home service business Like + Comment "CRO" and I'll DM you the link. (Must be following to receive my DM)

Silence is not the absence of sound. Silence is the default, the ever present. Sound is the disturbance inside silence. Listen for the silence, in the negative space of sound. There you'll find peace.

@noahiglerSEO The vast majority of the time, it's wasted budget for the competitor because most people won't be lost when they're actively searching for a brand, call and get a wrong number. They'll hang up and try again.

Your competitor might be paying Google to show up when people search your business name. And you'd never know unless you checked. Here's what happens: > Someone gets a referral for your company. "Call Brown's Plumbing, they did great work for us." > The homeowner pulls out their phone and Googles "Brown's Plumbing." > Instead of clicking your listing, they see a Google Ad at the top from your competitor. "24/7 Emergency Plumber. 500+ Five Star Reviews. Call Now." > They click that instead You just lost a referral lead that should have been a layup. And your competitor paid maybe $15 to $30 for it. This happens way more than people realize, especially in competitive markets where agencies are running aggressive PPC campaigns. Some of them specifically target competitor business names because those searches have insanely high intent. Go search your exact business name on Google right now. If a competitor's ad is showing up above your listing, you have two options. First, make sure your Google Business Profile is fully built out with strong reviews and recent photos. When someone sees a competitor ad but then sees your GBP right below it with 200 reviews and a 4.9 rating, most people will scroll past the ad and click on you anyway. Second, run a small brand defense campaign. Bid on your own business name. It's usually dirt cheap because no one else should have high relevance for your name. A few dollars a day can make sure you're always the first thing people see when they search for you specifically.

@cultvibes @irentdumpsters The additional challenge is in link building, specifically the anchor text. Branded anchor text and even naked URLs can create an over-optimization spam issue.

@irentdumpsters This can also be a double edged sword and hurt you as Google shifts more into branding signals. HVAC near me will never be viewed as a brand entity

The DOMAIN you chose AFFECTS your google rankings Exact match domains still work in organic search rooferbocaraton.com will naturally rank better for “roofer Boca Raton” than a generic brand domain What most people miss is this also impacts Google Maps Google heavily weighs business name keywords But your domain name feeds the entity too What I see consistently: If a keyword exists in the domain, that business tends to rank higher for that keyword in Maps Example: Companies with “Roofing” in the domain rank better for Roofing terms Companies with “company” in the domain rank better for searches using “company” Business name + domain + page intent all reinforcing the same City + Service = ranking advantage This doesn’t mean you should rebrand an aged domain But if you’re starting new or launching a new location, domain choice matters more than people realize

What I like about Bodhi is his abundance mindset. He's not afraid to share the golden nuggets that are real competitive advantages. He's a better man than me. 💪🏽

Most won't look any deeper than the anger they feel because of someone else because if they really ask why they're angry, what really is threatened and triggers, they have to take responsibility and see work that needs to be done. Their fragile self-image will be further at risk

For parasite SEO and ranking on Google SERPs these three platforms matter a lot -LinkedIn -Reddit -Medium They have insane domain authority and they index fast So if you publish consistently on them you can take up a lot of page one for your name or your business When you Google “Bodhi Gallo” those are literally the first three results for my personal brand SEO

If you notice resentment building when effort goes unseen, and you start keeping score without meaning to, that’s not pettiness, it’s a hunger to matter. You’re not alone. I see you.

Here’s to the ones trying to be calm while their nervous system is screaming. Who pause before yelling. Who call for help instead of exploding. Who feel shame anyway, even when they do the “right” thing.

Fear survives in imagination. Action collapses it into reality. Almost everything I avoided shrank the moment I did it. Not because I was brave. Because reality is simpler than anticipation.

I didn’t fail because I didn’t know what to do. I failed because I stopped doing it. Comfort crept in. Discomfort left. Growth followed it out the door.

Comfort doesn’t feel like failure. That’s why it’s dangerous. In an inflationary world, zero growth isn’t neutral. It’s loss. You don’t stay the same by standing still. You quietly decay.

While I stayed comfortable, others didn’t. They hired. They sold. They stayed in their clients’ ears. Markets don’t care why you paused. They only respond to motion.
