Cup Win #9 🏆 with Mr. Grimmothy Snarl Got cooked by it in top 4 of a cup yesterday so decided to see what the hype was about 🤔 Decks kinda sick now that you have pad Boss was somehow the best and worst card in the deck 🤔 Shaymin was the 🐐 +$150 + Prize packs etc

@TCG_Aneil I know this is a joke, but spending $5 to be petty instead of spending a similar amount to replace two POR pads with the ones legal for Houston (which you are already paying hundreds for travel, lodging, and registration) is pretty much Pokemon fans in a nutshell.

93/2231 at Seattle Regionals Alright finish but I definitely could’ve played better. 4/4 on day 2s this season but no real breakout performance. Guess I gotta shadow realm more cup points to appease the card variance gods 🤷‍♂️

73/2270 at Toronto Regionals with Frillish and Air Balloon +57 cards Decent run but definitely need to play faster. We’re breaking the Dengo player assumptions that Limitless has created ⛓️‍💥💪 5 Dawnzard was stressful and I never want to see another Charizard 🙂

@Whimsicast If the groudon has patience they should always win unless they brick a non wobb start

@TrevoreRead Groudon autolosses to Mewtwo unfort. Wait til they break Wobb lock and then one shot Groudon twice

@Whimsicast They break wobb lock after at least two groudons are charged and either nuke your stoises or just prize trade. You can’t charge to the mewtwo fast enough most of the time. If you wait to Archie’s your hand becomes too big and unplayable a lot

@Whimsicast You folded to groudon even with it. Idt Jacob hit any day one or day two 🤔 but I’m not 100% on that. We considered it for groudon but it never mattered and the card is actively bad to play most other places while you sometimes needed second articuno for night march

@TrevoreRead Mewtwo is very good for countering Primal Groudon. I think its a perfectly fine card
