Welfare should not rely on the voluntary donations of the wealthy but should be seen as a collective responsibility of the people. Instead of merely asking the rich to contribute to the poor, we promotes the idea of everyone contributing to the well-being of the nation.

Conclusion: In a Capitalist System, the workers are being forced and turned into a mechanical system which they act as a robot for the pleasure of money. For too long the hard working class has been alienated by hypocrite who doesn’t give two cents about the people.

The capitalist system benefits from the increasing division of labor because it reduces the cost of labor, increases worker competition, and maximizes profit for the owners of capital.

The overall point of the argument here is to highlight the exploitative nature of capitalism. As the division of labor simplifies work, the capitalist class can drive down wages and increase competition, which maximizes their profit at the expense of the worker.

In a capitalist system, wages are not set by the value that workers contribute to the production process but by the cost to produce labor itself. Since simpler labor requires less skill and training, it costs less to “produce” a worker, which directly leads to lower wages.
