Um dos problemas estruturais da economia portuguesa é a baixa produtividade.
Ora, inúmeros estudos demonstram que um dos factores que mais impactam a produtividade são as qualificações dos trabalhadores.
Sabemos que temos registado um enorme progresso nas últimas décadas nesta área.
Ainda assim, segundo os últimos resultados do PIAAC, que mede competências ao nível da literacia, numerária e resolução de problemas em adultos (16-65 anos), as qualificações dos adultos portugueses permanecem baixas quando comparadas aos outros países da OCDE (slide 1).
Por seu turno, as baixas competências têm um enorme impacto na produtividade. Segundo a mais recente publicação da OCDE, Portugal seria dos países que mais poderia ver a sua produtividade melhorar se as competências/qualificações dos nossos adultos e trabalhadores melhorassem (slide 2).
Conclusão? Investir na educação, na formação profissional e em melhores competências deveria ser uma prioridade absoluta no nosso País. Um autêntico desígnio nacional.
Um desígnio que nos permitiria melhorar a nossa exígua produtividade e fomentar os níveis de vida dos nossos cidadãos.

@RyanAtRBM Thank you! Of course the portuguese players are not insane but when you have a team with no chemistry its impossible to perform well no matter how good you are. And mostly its because the org supports the toxic overrated guy instead of the other players. They were top 20 in SAW

Idk I think taking a successful and small national team and immediately slotting in an overrated, overpaid, over-the-hill super star might not have been the right move
