Amongst the many co-curricular Involve clubs on offer is our Year 7 Jewellery making club. This week, our curious artists united together to create bracelets in celebration of Ramadan/Eid! 💜🫱🏻‍🫲🏼💫

From joining TAL partway through year 8, to saying to me “Miss drama is my favourite subject” in lesson two… now look how far you’ve come. I could not be prouder of this as astounding young lady 💜 CAPA is lucky to have you 🎭✨

We are incredibly proud of one of our students for gaining a place at CAPA College on the Drama pathway! 💜✨ CAPA is one of the UK’s most prestigious performing arts institutions, making this a fantastic achievement following GCSE Drama & Dance. @CAPACOLLEGE 💜🎭

We are very proud of our young artists for placing 1st and 2nd in a national competition winning £1500 of art supplies for the school plus £150 of Amazing vouchers to keep. Well done, Chloe (pictured) and Youmna (on field trip!).💜🌟#RichardsonsArt

And today... we had day 2! Over 100 students exploring urban regeneration in Leeds with: ✅️ Brilliant focus ✅️ Attention to detail ✅️ Inquisitive questions ✅️ Fantastic conduct We look forward to putting observation into practice in our upcoming lessons 📝📚💜

Today we held our first day of Year 10 Geography Fieldwork trips! 🚶🏽‍♂️🚶🏼‍♀️ Our skilled Geographers took to the streets of Leeds to explore urban regeneration 🌍 We gained invaluable insights to prepare us for our continued investigations! 🔎💜

LACD are busy preparing for the Making Moves Regional Platform at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Making Moves is a national youth dance programme that brings together young dancers from across the region to create and perform new contemporary work.

Fantastic visit to @TrinityAcademyL this morning. Exceptional clarity of vision, consistency in practice, genuine warmth and bold leadership driving a strong & transformative culture. A truly impressive team doing wonderful things for their community!

Hats off to @Kathryncafferk1 and @TrinityAcademyL who have built one of the most astonishing schools I have seen. Strong culture, great routines, quality teaching and awe inspiring leadership. Thank you for showing such generosity with your time, it is very much appreciated.
