The problem with ventures like this is that, while there is some demand for alcohol-free drinks, it requires everyone in a group to be happy with that. The same applies to vegetarian restaurants.

@s8n All fruit when crushed or rotten can have naturally occurring alcohol. As long as there is sugar, yeast and water alcohol will happen. There are many stories about deer, bear and other wild animals getting drunk on apples that have fallen and rotted on the ground

BIG NEWS This is the right thing: Premier Ford announces that he will reverse removal of lands from the Greenbelt. Also announces that he will not remove additional lands. I presume this means the questionable "review" is over. We have been heard. Apology accepted. Let's go back to creating a dense, transit-oriented region and Province where everyone has access to housing.

@fasc1nate My question is what chemicals are needed to produce them? I have read that Bamboo fabric is basically the same process and chemicals that is used to make polyester.. so is the manufacturing of these bottles (not just the end product) "non-toxic"?

All jokes aside, there's something very deceptive about this. Twitter Blue users pay to get their tweets and comments boosted ahead of other users. Now they can get those boosts without it being disclosed.

According to the Progress Action Fund, Twitter banned the following political ad that they had placed on Twitter/X, and then their account was shadow banned. The ad below, entitled “Republicans In Your Bedroom,” which PAF says was intended for the August 8 election in Ohio was taken down, according to the group. Progress Action Fund believes this ad was taken down due to Elon Musk having a “far-right political agenda.” I decided to check the Twitter ad policy, and that policy does say that the promotion of “adult sexual content” is not permitted. Some of the examples of of this content would include the following: •Full and partial nudity •Modeled clothing that is sexual in nature I think that perhaps this ad could be deemed to fall under the second bullet point, but I believe that would be quite a reach. That would mean that virtually all swimwear ads would also be prohibited. I think Twiitter/X owes an explanation for this. Was this ad really banned? If so, why? Also why is the aforementioned account shadow banned (if that is true)? What are everyone’s thoughts? Should this ad be permitted on Twitter? If not, why not?
