@blaylock_23 No doubt. Some kids hit top speed quickly that have good 40 (low4.6-low 4.5 laser) times but can’t break 11 in the 100. Just cannot sustain it. Of course just lack of training IMO.

There is no way you can run a 4.4 if you run an 11.5 100m!! It just doesn’t add up. I’m just saying.
