@Tmama_Toma @AskPlayStation UPD: so, I’ve saved settings and game files on USB, then made hard-reset and re-login from mobile app. That helped. But had to re-download games and apps. But ay least user settings restored in order. But it took me few days to test all the options and miss a few league games.

@TripleSence @AskPlayStation I followed the procedure on Reddit and worked for me, by changing the DNS. I hope it works for you. Good luck

@EA_PSN unable to connect to PSN. It shows “profile offline”. Made everything - mobile app, console DB, router , DNS and other options. All the apps like Netflix work fine, only PSN profile for online fails. Germany, PS5, EA FC26. Wired connection. 800mb speed.

@Tmama_Toma @AskPlayStation Hi, thx for advice. But that’s the first thing I tried to do….and nothing changed. Third day with no connection and the top highest subscription plan. Great feeling 😞

@EA_PSN Did it and nothing help. It’s temporarily helped by changing status via mobile app. But only changes visually. In fact it’s only visually, since still shows offline message error

@TripleSence Click on that, then you can mark yourself as online again. If that doesn't work, test your internet connection in the network settings.

@TripleSence The PSN servers are running perfectly, there are no outages. Check your notifications to see if you have a software update.
