@BruceInMich Absolutely Bruce, even my husband frustrates me sometimes because it will say, “let’s go out, you just need to sit there”, not remembering that I’ve told him that just being out and “on“ i.e. not vegging on the sofa zaps any energy that I might have

@TrippingTreacle Great blog entry. It helps knowing how other people deal with some of the issues we face. Chronic illnesses are something people who don't have chronic illnesses don't understand. If that makes sense?

@briegerobinson I’m trying to balance doing some work with taking care of myself, which is quite tricky! But other than that I’m okay. Have booked a couple of days away at the end of the month, so looking forward to going up north for a bit :) I’m glad work is going well for you 😊

@TrippingTreacle My younger self was different than you, very active but never exercising. My current self has put on so much weight that it’s a struggle to stave off self loathing. Thank you for reminding me of the importance of remembering what I can do, not just what I can’t.

Tired? No, listen. MS sucks the life force from you, chews it up and spits it out. And then you get to watch as MS pisses all over it. Meanwhile, you can’t think straight b/c all your remaining energy is going into continuing to exist. That’s MS tired. #MS #MultipleSclerosis
