@affairemayaling 2020 hab ich 2.8k bezahlt und dachte mies teuer. Alles beim ersten Mal bestanden. Fahrschule war aber auch teurer als der Schnitt damals. Meine Freundin 2023 war bei ca. 5k. 2 mal praktische durchgefallen (Prüfung + extra Fahrstunden -1k) Trotzdem mehr als 1k mehr als ich.

as someone who used to work for a driving school in germany that shit mostly is stuffy german bureaucracy and greedy schools driving up the prices. Not saying it was ever as cheap as in the states but pre pandemic, late 2010s, you could get one for like 1.5k max. we‘re at 5 now.

something that makes germans really really mad is that getting a drivers license is several thousand euros here but i took the test in texas for 20 bucks and got it changed to a german license for free

@starryeyedfemme it's also everyday here (southern germany) for 2-3 months now with the adjacent 2-3 months being ~80-85. Spain, Italy, Greece and the balkans even more so. You can go to southern spain anywhere between February-October and get 70°+ quite reliably, with summer peak being 100°

@eqtycompounder @MDividende12 DJ und Fotograf kannste direkt streichen. Billig und gut gibt es nicht. Für einen Abend/ Nacht bist du bei 1300€ für den DJ noch gut bedient. Hab für die Office Feier einen DJ organisiert: Preisvergleich: billigste 1200€ Von 16 bis 22 Uhr. Fotograf ist ähnlich schlimm.

@MDividende12 Als zu teuer empfinde ich DJ Fotograf Anzug Location für nur 72 Personen mit Essen empfinde ich auch als viel zu Teuer, das sind 125€ pro Person, da muss das aber ein absolutes top Büfett gewesen sein und hochwertige Markengetränke.

So teuer war meine Hochzeit Anfang Mai 👇 Wir waren 72 Leute (davon 6 Kinder) Eheringe 1.750€ Location (14:30 - 03:00 Uhr -Essen, Getränke, Finger Food zum Sektempfang und Mitternachtssnack) 9.000€ Brautkleid 2.200€ Floristin/Dekorateurin 1.800€ DJ 1.300€ Fotograf 1.300€ Anzug (mit Schuhen, Anpassungen etc.) 900€ Torte 450€ Standesamt 300€ Audiogästebuch 83€ Macht in Summe: 19.093€ Ich würde es genau so wieder machen.. Teuer oder im Rahmen?

I have a great friend who lives in the UK, and she literally said that her family's electricity bills costs around $0.30 per kwh, unlike the US's $0.16 per kwh (both on average). Yes, an AC is priced relatively similar between the UK and US, but it's the electricity bills is what makes any electronic device become a detriment to them. 🧐

@Porkchop_EXP - Houses are build without AC. - houses arent made out of paper mâché -Houses are insulated to the max to keep the warmth inside the house (in winter) When going outside feels the same as staying inside, that’s an issue. I’m only able to fall asleep when the fan is on.

@piapilled I get that there is no real benefit for teams to finish a GP (or sprint) if they are no where near the points (other than AM and Cadillac for some running time), BUT having points down to 21st or even 22nd does discredit actual good race results from some drivers.

the points system in f1 is crap btw. points shouldn’t be limited to just the top 10 drivers as it discourages racing in the mid/back of the field. imo points should go to the top 21 with only 22nd getting 0. so 21st would be one point, 20th 2, etc.

Nagelsmann muss nach dieser WM einfach gehen. Es existiert kein Leistungsprinzip, warum darf ein Leon Goretzka, ein Leroy Sané mit aber ein Tom Bischof nicht? Von seinem Umgang mit den Spielern fange ich gar nicht erst an. Eines Bundestrainers einfach nicht würdig.
