@SDSLLC_USA If a business pays the employees more. The customer still pays for it... its like none of you understand business. Labor is one of the biggest operating costs for restaurants.

@SDSLLC_USA I mean its the same eitherway... I've been to a couple restaurants that pay their employees a better wage as well as healthcare. They also encourage guests not to tip because of this. But guess what... their prices are 20%- 30% higher than similar restaurants.

Tchervinski was originally charged with felonious assault after video showed him involved in the chaotic fight. He is now cooperating with prosecutors and will testify as a witness against the remaining suspects facing charges.
