@SebC__ A penny for Sulaiman’s thoughts tonight. It’s coaches like him who I really feel sorry for. The industry just has it so wrong when it comes to opportunities something must change otherwise good credible coaches will leave the sport eventually.

@terryede time as a football player has come to an end, as the niggling injury after a 2nd ACL injury has forced him to retire from the game he lives playing so much, a decision that was necessary going forward
So many people to thank to help him progress in the game.

@SebC__ Finley was my captain at the time at Southend. Was exceptional for U13s a real leader and physically impressive for someone so young.
The money involved was crazy tho. You’re also not including the fact the relocated his whole family. House, work etc all sorted!
