@WyndhamWallace Yeah, there’s the rub. We wanted people to have something to help them through the lockdown, and we feel the music is good enough to be discovered anyway, regardless of the reduction in exposure we will experience. Hopefully it’s the right decision. Interesting topic though!

@TruantRecords I appreciate the thoughtful response. My instinct is that if you hold music back, fans may well resent this, and then a slew of records will come out when the situation is less extreme and most will be lost altogether. Good luck!

To all those artists postponing album releases... Call me a cynic, but it really looks to me like you're putting your release strategies ahead of your fans. Let them hear new music! They need distractions! When you're back on the road they'll support you more than ever...
