Trivia Tuesday Answer!✅ The correct answer is B “100 mg.” Sports drinks should contain sodium to help replenish the sodium lost through sweat and support hydration. Therefore, athletes should look for sports drinks with at least 100 mg of sodium per 8 ounces and about three times as much sodium as potassium.
