men will spend 6 hours analyzing a bracket just to pick wrong but can’t communicate feelings

Oso Ighodaro on defending Victor Wembanyama on game-winning shot with 1.1 seconds left in Suns 101-100 loss to Spurs: "It was a double screen to get him the catch. I got through it. He was holding it so I was trying to get up in his face a little bit, but I didn't want to do it too much. I knew we were in the bonus. So I was trying not to foul. Trying to force him right. Went right. Try to contest without fouling. Just got to cut him off or do something different, but he hit a tough shot." On not doubling Wembanyama earlier as Jordan Goodwin doubled later: "I think Goody just read the situation. The clock was going down. If I had known, i wouldn't forced him the other way, but that was just a great read by Goody. It wasn't like a predetermined thing we were going to do." #Suns

Rookie Rasheer Fleming on 2 missed FTs up one with 11.1 seconds left in 101-100 loss to Spurs as Victor Wembanyama hit game winner with 1.1 seconds left: "They both felt good. I was calm. The noise wasn't affecting me. I think they were good shots. Just rolled in and out. I've been in that situation in college. I wasn't feeling pressure to shoot them. I just couldn't hit them. It's definitely a learning experience because this is my first time it's happened to me in the league. Just keep working on my shooting." On being in the game late: "It felt good. I didn't feel the need to shy away from the ball. If I'm in that situation again, I'll be ready to shoot them again. I'm not shying away from the ball." On the loss: "We just need to keep going. We were right there, but games can change just like that. We were up for the most part. It just flipped just like that off little stuff like the free throws, but other stuff happened in the game, too. It can just change just like that, but overall, we're right there. We can just turn this around just as fast as that game turned around. So we just all need to keep our heads up." #Suns

Letting Wemby go 1 on 1 with a 6'8 undersized center was a smart decision 🤦🏽♂️

"Both of them in and out." Jordan Ott on rookie Rasheer Fleming's 2 missed FTs that led to Victor Wembanyama's game winner with 1.1 seconds left in Suns 101-100 loss. Ott said he took Fleming being 57.1% FT into account: "He shot 74% I think in college. Royce (O'Neale) is usually our inbounder. So Collin (Gillespie) would be a guy out there that we'd have." O'Neale (left knee soreness) missed his first game of season. "With Royce out, with Amir (Coffey) out. That was another option we thought going into the night that could be our inbounder. Collin had to take it out. Sure there's probably a possession or two there we could rethink it, but got it. I don't know if the foul occurred or not or whether it was anticipated, but we have full faith that he's going to make them the next time." Coffey missed 2nd half with left ankle sprain. #Suns

Airport prices are always funny but LAX is especially hilarious

@True_Rys He’s taking 4 more 3s a game than he ever has and people are mad he’s not shooting 40% lmao
