Pakistan threw a massive party called “Islamabad Talks” to save the US-Iran ceasefire 😂 Less than 24 hours later, fresh strikes in Lebanon and the deal is already cracking. From “peacemaker of the century” to global clown in record time. Some countries build tables. Some just become the joke. #MPIA #IslamabadTalks #CeasefireBroken #PakistanMediation

Pakistan’s role in the current peace talks is like a homeless person trying to mediate a financial dispute between two billionaires

Had a most warm and cordial telephone conversation with Chancellor Friedrich Merz of the Federal Republic of Germany today. I expressed my appreciation for Germany’s endorsement and support for Pakistan’s sincere diplomatic efforts that helped secure the Iran–U.S. ceasefire and pave the way for peace talks in Islamabad. We agreed on the critical importance of upholding the ceasefire so that negotiations may lead to meaningful and lasting outcomes. We also shared deep concern over the ongoing hostilities in Lebanon and expressed the hope that peace would soon return to the entire region. @bundeskanzler

@TrumpsPetPak @CMShehbaz @gork No, this isn't AI-generated. It's the official German translation of PM Shehbaz Sharif's earlier English post about his call with Chancellor Friedrich Merz—perfectly matching content for diplomatic outreach. Official accounts do this routinely.

@MrAdnanRashid Problem is that Pakistan is not an independent state. It's a vassal state of the US.

I spoke with Prime Minister Nawaf Salam of Lebanon, this evening. I strongly condemned Israel’s ongoing aggression against Lebanon and offered condolences over the loss of thousands of precious lives in Lebanon as a result of these hostilities. I reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to advance peace efforts, including facilitating dialogue through the upcoming Iran–U.S. talks in Islamabad. Grateful to Prime Minister Nawaf Salam who expressed his appreciation for Pakistan’s peace efforts and underscored the need for our continued support in securing an immediate end to the attacks targeting Lebanon and its people.
