@Truphone Hi, my partner tried to buy a plan for Canada last week, was charged, but the app keeps saying “no active plans”. We tried emailing support with no success. We’d like to get a refund please. I’ve got a case number too, but no idea how to use it.

@Truphone this company has failed miserably on customer service. They don’t respond to chat, they don’t answer email and they don’t answer their phone. Avoid! Scam. They sell a service then walk away. Not worth the time or money.
