Thiksey Monastery, Ladakh! One of the largest monasteries in Ladakh also called as mini Potala Palace.

The Apricot blossom festival also called as the Chuli Mentok festival in Ladakh! We were just lucky to experience the apricot blossom in Ladakh. Almost all villages in Sham valley are having this season right now. The delicate flowers on the rugged canvas of the mountains are an absolute delight to see. These photos were just taken by the roadside apricot farm on our way to Leh from Lamayuru.

@docyogi1 @Nindzz Siddhagad is still visible at the top. I have observed many flights to turn towards Mumbai and Pune around this region.

@Nindzz @TruptiMore9 Perfect. And here's another one with plane in its descent towards Mumbai right above Malshej Ghat. To the bottom left is Nane Ghat. Jivdhan fort is not seen in this frame.

@docyogi1 @TruptiMore9 That small mountain popping out in the background is Siddhagad. The plateau in the front is Ahupe Region. This is towards north of Bhimashankar. The map snippet made it easier :)

The view as I step out of my room in Hanle, Ladakh! Had the shortest and sweetest trip recently. Will share the pictures too.
