We’re working with @binance to offer an expedited verification path that may simplify and speed up the reimbursement process for a specific group of affected users.
If you deposited funds from your Binance account to your compromised wallet before 24th Dec 2025, you may be able to use your Binance account to confirm ownership. This applies to Binance.com users only.
If eligible, our support team will contact you directly through your claim ticket email thread with clear instructions on how to submit a verification video. If not, you will go through the original reimbursement process which may be slower.

To find your CSVC, update your Browser Extension, then go to:

Action required for users impacted by the Browser Extension v2.68 incident:
We identified a limited group of ~36k wallets (0.016% of our user base) still having a compromised wallet(s). All impacted users have already been directly notified via a security incident banner on your Trust Wallet Browser Extension.
In case the users haven't opened extension to see the banner, we also tried to notify them if the same wallet addresses have been imported to their mobile version, via:
•a mobile app notification with action required notice
•a pop up when you open the Trust Wallet mobile app
If you have been notified, please abandon the old compromised wallet, create a new wallet and move your funds immediately to ensure your assets remain safe. Instruction below.
If you have not received a notification, you are not affected and no action is required.

Browser Extension Incident - Short Update (Dec 27)
Sharing another update on where we are with the Browser Extension incident handling.
1/ Our forensic investigation is ongoing. Google replied saying it has escalated our ticket - good news! We hope to receive the Chrome Store audit logs soon. Also devices from remote workers are en route to our security team for more detailed checks. This will take some shipping time despite being expedited.
