Another issue raised against @upcomers_com 🚨 @allfrim010 claims his 100K funded account was suspended and his payout rejected after making around $4,000 profit. According to him, the account was initially given a 1% payout, but later suspended with the explanation that “all trades were outside the rules.” The real question is: How did the same trades become a problem only after profits were made? If the trading activity was truly against the rules, why was the account allowed to continue trading and even receive a payout first? Traders deserve clear explanations, transparent rule enforcement, and consistency not actions that raise more confusion after someone becomes profitable. @upcomers_com @JakubUPC needs to publicly clarify this situation.

At this point, nobody outside can confirm who is fully telling the truth. The trader has his version. The firm has its version. But right now, both sides are making claims without publicly showing enough evidence. If prohibited strategies were actually used, showing trade examples/timestamps would settle the matter quickly. And if the trader believes the decision was unfair, he should also provide complete context instead of partial screenshots. The goal should be transparency from both sides not blind support for either narrative.

Interesting. So the same trades were apparently clear violations.. yet the account survived the funded phase, continued trading, and even received an initial payout first? Only after ~$4,000 profit everything suddenly became invalid? 🤔 If tick scalping, quick strike, and martingale were so obvious, why wasn’t the account stopped immediately? @JakubUPC That’s the part traders are questioning. Saying rules are in the Help Center does not answer why enforcement only appeared after profits were made. A transparent breakdown with timestamps and trade examples would end the confusion instantly. Until then, people will naturally question whether rules are being enforced consistently or selectively.

In the funded phase of this account, there were multiple breaches of prohibited strategies, specifically: Tick scalping Quick strike Martingale For this reason, the payout was denied due to a clear rule violation and the reasoning was explained in detail. There is nothing to hide. If you trade according to the rules, which are transparently available in our Help Center, you will always receive your payout from Upcomers. @trustedprophub, before spreading lies about us, it is better to verify the information first instead of writing “according to him.”
