I was asked today by a listener why I think Jodi is more credible than Officer Sturgill. Here's one answer of many. Because he's fucking lying!!! In the original report, he pulled up BEHIND Mario's car. He got out on the driver side of his car and approached the two people fighting over the gun on the same side . . . the driver side of Mario's car. Meanwhile the second person fled into the darkness on the passenger side. At trial he says he approached from the complete opposite direction, and arrived facing Mario's car. Headlights shining right at it, and he got out of the driver side of his car while the second person exited the passenger side of Mario's car. Same side as him. That's when they came face to face, and he was able to make the ID. THE ENTIRE STORY AND SWORN TESTIMONY IS A LIE!

Regardless of belief in innocence or guilt, State sponsored murder is not the way. A flawed criminal justice system should absolutely never be administering punishment that can’t be undone. Since 1973 196 people sentenced to death, were later proven innocent. 1 is too many.
