@KarlTurnerMP It quite obviously isn't true because the "highly placed source" hasn't been named and Ann Widdicombe didn't really have any family. They don't want speculation because it is clear that the narrative they have created thus far is thoroughly implausible.

The police are so keen to tell us that the murder of Anne Widdicombe was not politically motoivated that it's suspicious. What we know is that a man frm Rotherham drove 300 miiles with a stick to Ann Widdicombe's house and killed her. So it clearly was not a robbery. It was targeted. Why was she targeted? If this was a hard left politician targeted in this way the media would certainly be telling us it was likely politically motivated. Hard to feel sympathy for a man who had cheerled the slaughter of 2 Million European Christians. If he was taken off the field, I doubt it was for the right reasons & for a ‘better’ replacement. So no celebration either. Rather express sympathy for Ann Widdicombe, executed at 78yo.

Ann Widdicombe theory - The guy they have arrested was a 28 year old man from Rotherham. He had a brother who lived in Devon. I think they arrested his BROTHER initially (a 26 year old man) then let him go. That is how he knew where she lived and how to drive there. Just call me Miss Marple! #AnnWiddicombe

So @SkyNews. Not only having someone on to talk rubbish about Sam Neil, seems presenter Gavin feels is appropriate to refer to A 78 year old murder victim as "widdicombe" rather than ann or ms/ miss widdicome. No wonder no one watches anymore.

There is weapons-grade hypocrisy here. Despite her old-fashioned views, gay people have said how kind she was to them personally. How many of those attacking Ann Widdicombe for her views have recently marched alongside people who literally want to hang gays?

When my husband died, it took me all my strength to drive a hire car to Stockport and back, twice in a day. How did this guy manage 540 miles, when he was basically a recluse?
