I keep seeing people ask me why I'm still Pro-Ukraine after being constantly harassed, doxxed, and insulted by other Pro-Ukrainians. The reality is, those people aren't actually Pro-Ukraine. They don't give a shit about Ukraine or Ukrainians, and only care about how many Russians they get to see being killed on FPV drone kill-cams each day. Do you ever wonder why these people (most of which aren't even Ukrainian) never post or talk about Ukrainian struggles with manpower and command issues and only ever amplify successes? It's because they would rather stay in their comfy little information echo-chamber where they cannot face realities. These people are NOT pro-Ukraine. I've supported Ukraine since 2022, and haven't really changed much since then. Of course I know a lot more now compared to back then, but my opinions on the war and what I think Ukraine should do (tactically speaking) have ONLY adapted IN RESPONSE to changing realities. I separate my moral and analytical opinions so my judgement isn't clouded by emotion, which allows me to objectively analyse things and come to conclusions from there. So while I personally haven't changed much (relative to how Ukraine is doing), these people who claim to support Ukraine HAVE changed since 2022, are now happy to continue seeing the destruction of entire generations of Ukrainians and their nation as a whole, just so they can hurt Russia a little more and see some more oil refineries go boom. That is NOT supporting Ukraine or Ukrainians. Additionally, even if everyone (including true Pro-Ukrainians) hated me, I still wouldn't abandon my values. So with that being said, I hope this horrible war ends soon so all this death and destruction can come to an end. But unfortunately, what I want does not equal what will happen, and that's something most people seem to have failed to grasp.

The EU has provisionally approved the 90 Billion Euro ($106 Billion USD) two-year military loan for Ukraine as well as the 20th EU sanctions package against Russia, with the agreement now awaiting confirmation. Slovakia has decided not to block the aid package, with them, Hungary, and the Czech Republic being exempt from participating in the joint borrowing of money to lend to Ukraine. It's likely that the EU intends to use the 210 billion Euros of frozen Russian central bank assets for repayment. This comes as Ukraine restarted oil pumping into Hungary and Slovakia, with the first oil expected to arrive by tomorrow. This aid package is expected to cover around two-thirds of Ukraine's defence spending for the next two years. Ukraine will receive the first 45 Billion Euros in 2026, and the 45 Billion in 2027.

According to unconfirmed reports, about 25 military transport aircraft and aerial refuellers landed at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv today.

In response to Russia's significantly intensified cross-border assault operations, Ukraine has redeployed elements of the 425th Assault Regiment "Skala" to the Krasnopillya direction of Sumy Oblast, likely either from the Pokrovs'ke direction or the Dobropillya direction. In February 2026, 1-2 companies of the 253rd Assault Regiment "Arey" were redeployed for stabilising measures, however this task has become far too large for such a small force, especially since Russia has significantly expanded the width of their incursion zone. Currently, forces of the 425th Assault Regiment "Skala" are counterattacking in the village of Taratutyne (which is entirely in the grey-zone), as well as in the forests north of the settlement. Their goal is to prevent the capture of the village by Russia and prevent Russian consolidation on the northern (right) flank. Additionally, forces of the 253rd Assault Regiment "Arey" are carrying out smaller-scale counterattacks towards the forests south of Pokrovka. The defence of this sector is largely being held by elements of the Ukrainian 105th, 116th, 119th, and 122nd Territorial Defence Brigades.

CBS News reports that Iran retains far more military capabilities than the US government has claimed. According to them, citing US intelligence, Iran still retains around half of their ballistic missile and missile launcher stockpiles, as well as approximately 60% of the IRGC naval forces (primarily smaller, asymmetric boats) and two-thirds of their air force. They also reported that Iran's conventional navy (separate to the IRGC Navy) has been destroyed.

Regarding the upcoming combined Russian missile and drone attack: The attack is most likely going to take place tonight between 11pm and 7am, although its possible that it doesn't occur until Sunday. Right now, Russia is carrying out a large-scale Geran-2/Gerbera drone attack aimed at exhausting Ukrainian air defence prior to the upcoming attack. Recorded movements: - 1 Tu-95MS strategic bomber redeployed from Ukrainka Airbase in the far east to Engels-2 Airbase, where it was equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles. - 2 Tu-95MS flew from Ukrainka Airbase to Olenya Airbase after being equipped with missiles. - Following this, 3 Tu-95MS redeployed from Engels-2 Airbase to Olenya Airbase, while another 3 flew there from Ukrainka Airbase. Thus, there are now ~10 Tu-95MS stationed at Olenya Airbase, of which at least 8 are equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles. Another 3 Tu-95MS are stationed at Engels-2 Airbase, of which at least 2 are equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles. There are reports of additional Tu-95MS redeployments to Engels-2 Airbase this morning, however, as of now this is unconfirmed. Other weapons expected to be used: - It is likely that 2 Tu-160M strategic bombers from Ukrainka Airbase will be used in the upcoming attack. They are not expected to carry out redeployments and will likely use Ukrainka Airbase as their staging base. - Iskander-M ballistic missiles will be used. Over the last week, deliveries of Iskander-Ms took place to Bryansk Oblast, Crimea, Taganrog (Rostov Oblast), and possibly Kursk Oblast. - Iskander-K and/or Kh-59/69 cruise missiles will most likely be used. - Kalibr cruise missiles will likely be used, from either the Black Sea Fleet at Novorossiysk Naval Base (Krasnodar Krai), or Buyan-M corvettes at Kaspiysk Naval Base (Caspian Sea). - Kh-22/32 cruise missiles form Tu-22m3 strategic bombers stationed at Olenya Airbase *could* be used. - There is still no reliable information about potential usage of Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles or Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles as of now, but it is not ruled out. Potential targets: Ukrainian intelligence mentioned Kyiv (especially western and southeastern suburbs), Cherkasy City, Dnipro City, and Lviv City as high risk while Russia was transporting ballistic missiles. It's unclear if these potential targets carry over into threats from strategic aviation. More recent mentions also include Kirovohrad Oblast.

Hezbollah released footage showing rocket and drone attacks on the settlement of Kfar Giladi, northern Israel, which they say was in response to Israeli ceasefire violations. The attacks, which took place on April 21, utilised Type 85 artillery rockets and kamikaze drones.

Overnight, Russia carried out another large-scale Geran-2 drone attack on Odesa City. Approximately 26 Geran-2 drones and 2 geran-3 jet drones were used in total. Targets were hit by Geran-2 drones at/near the Odesa Port, the southwestern suburbs of Odesa, the city centre, the western suburbs, and the southern suburbs. Geran-3 jet drones targeted something near the town of Ovidiopol.

Following the usual lull in Russian advances in February and March, Russia has significantly intensified their assault operations and is now advancing at a much higher rate than before. Historically, February and March have always been the slowest months for Russia. While Russian forces are still experiencing difficulties in several directions (especially Kostyantynivka), it is expected that the rate of advance will increase further next month.

CENTCOM reports that three U.S. aircraft carriers are operating in the area of the Middle East simultaneously, for the first time in decades. These are: the the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) and USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77). According to CENTCOM, more than 200 aircraft and 15,000 sailors and marines are present on the carriers.

The IDF carried out a series of demolitions in Khiyam, southern Lebanon. This confirms their continued control over most of the city, amid reports of their withdrawal to the outskirts following the 10-day-ceasefire.

Following a controversy surrounding of a lack of supply to Ukrainian positions in the Kupyansk direction and the malnourishment of soldiers forced to hold positions, the Ukrainian General Staff issued a statement saying that the commander of the 14th Mechanised Brigade and the commander of the 10th Army Corps had been dismissed. They also stated that Colonel Taras Maksimov, commander of the 14th Mechanised Brigade, concealed the true situation in his unit's area of responsibility in the Kupyansk direction, lying about Russian advances and the loss of positions. An investigation into the lack of food supply for the 14th brigade is being conducted by a commission of the Ground Forces. A separate investigation into the officials of the 14th Brigade is also being carried out, after which the findings will be send to law enforcement agencies.
