1 Year Ago Today, I Decided To Start My Weightloss Journey & Become The Best Version Of Myself.
I Needed To Know I Was Serious & Was Going To Follow Through With My Word, So I Wanted To Lose 10 Pounds Before I Ever Step Foot Inside a Gym.
My Relationship Food Wasn’t The Best So The Beginning Was Very Challenging, If You Think About It I’m Completely Changing All Of My Bad Habits & Trying To Create New Ones While Being Consistent.
April 22nd 2023 I Finally Lost 10 Pounds (And Kept The Weight Off) For Me In That Moment This Was Everything Because For So Long I Needed That Self Belief “That I Can Do This” & Im Willing To Work To Get It.
April 24th 2023 Is 1st Time I Ever Step Foot In The Gym.
In The Beginning I Prayed To Have The Consistency, Later That Turn Into Discipline.
And I’m Officially Down 60 Pounds
Getting One Step Closer Everyday & Even Though I Didn’t Reach My Goal Im Still Closer Then I Was Yesterday & That’s True Growth.

This Is Just The Beginning Ive Learned So Much About Nutrition & Gym Through This Whole Process & Can’t Wait To Give You Guys an Update Later This Year
